Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their Freight Forwarding team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, coordinate shipments, and liaise with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support for freight shipments Track and trace shipments, updating status reports accurately Prepare quotes and assist with bookings Coordinate with clients, carriers, and overseas agents Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment flow Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service, in Freight Forwarding Knowledge of Air and Sea freight operations Experience with shipping systems (Cargowise) is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please Note: This position is only open to Australian residents.
