FAIR is seeking a highly capable and delivery-focused SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant specialising in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), with Plant Maintenance (PM) an advantage, based in Sydney ,Melbourne or Brisbane. The candidate must be technology-minded, pragmatic, and able to translate business needs into practical SAP solutions that improve operational performance for our clients. Job Summary: As an SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant (PP/QM/PM), you will play a key role in helping our clients design, implement, and optimise manufacturing, quality, and asset management processes using SAP’s modern ERP capabilities. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions across a range of industries. About the role: Work with clients to understand their manufacturing, quality, and maintenance processes and map these to SAP solutions Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions across PP and QM or PM modules Participate in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Identify opportunities for process and system improvement within client environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and Finance where integration is required Support AMS engagements, including incident resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement Contribute to solution documentation, design artefacts, and knowledge sharing within the team Stay up to date with SAP S/4HANA innovations in manufacturing, quality, and asset management About you: 5 years of experience in SAP consulting and delivery Demonstrated experience on at least one S/4HANA or multiple ECC engagements Hands-on configuration experience in at least: PP and one of QM or PM Strong understanding of manufacturing and maintenance business processes Experience translating business requirements into functional design and SAP configuration Familiarity with SAP testing, data migration, and cutover activities Good integration knowledge with MM, SD, and/or Finance Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Industrial, Utilities, or Retail is highly regarded Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders Ability to work independently while also contributing to team-based delivery Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology Desired Skills: S/4HANA experience in PP and QM or PM Experience in AMS or support environments Exposure to SAP Public Cloud implementations Prior consulting experience in Australia Our Culture: What’s most important at FAIR?
