The Opportunity: Brilliant opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced Tradespeople or caravan industry experienced workers to join our ever-growing manufacturing facility in Somerton. In the role you will be mechanically minded and will possess a variety of skills including exceptional industry knowledge. You will be responsible for repairing and servicing vans and ensuring vans are ready for handover to customers or events. Key Accountabilities: Caravan production work – hoist, roofline, final fit offs Basic electrical and plumbing work Fault finding, sealing work Works collaboratively with in a team environment Follows Standard Operating Procedures and achieves cycle times Always follows Health and Safety Policy and Procedures/instructions Collaborate with other team members and communicates effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity of operations, escalates matters which may create risks or quality issues. Monitors own work with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Snowy River’s risk exposure and liabilities. Ability to use hand tools and power tools to complete caravan assembly and accessory fit off The ideal candidate will have: Full Australian working rights Safety conscientious, ALWAYS Mechanical skills desirable Experience in the RV industry is highly desirable Current driver license Possess an eye for detail, have clear commitment to working to a high standard of finish Ability to work independently and unsupervised A can-do attitude and interest in problem solving Strong communication skills with a professional approach What we offer Starting salary entry level $29-$34 per hour depending on experience super Permanent work with on-the-job training from A-Z Respectful and friendly working environment Scheduled RDO program Monthly BBQ, Employee of the Month, Employee Referral Program Diverse and friendly working environment Does this sound like you?
