We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. The Role - Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact! What is a Director of Service? As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: Aranda - Located in a shared space with access to a fully equipped kitchen and lots of other areas including outdoor space, this service are looking for a strong leader who will fully immerse themselves in the school community, you will be supported by a strong 2IC and experienced casuals. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before school care: 6:50 - 9:00am After school care: 2:10-6.00pm Admin hours: 4 Total: 34 How you'll live the TeamKids Values Involved You’ll build strong relationships with your school and be an active, visible part of the local community.
