Your new role As the Site Manager, you will be the single point of responsibility on-site, overseeing daytoday operations, subcontractor management, programme delivery, safety, and quality. You will lead with confidence, ensuring your project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.This is a handson leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fastpaced, team-driven environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality multi-residential outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Manage and supervise all aspects of on-site construction from start to completion Ensure works align with project plans, specifications, and programme targets On-Site Leadership Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive site culture Programme & Budget Control Develop and manage short-term construction schedules Track progress and costs to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery Quality Assurance Maintain high-quality standards across all trades Ensure strict compliance with building codes, regulations, and architectural details Safety Management Promote and enforce a zero-harm safety culture Implement site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures Communication & Reporting Provide regular updates to senior management Liaise with consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and local authorities Problem Solving & Documentation Address design, materials, and sequencing issues proactively Maintain detailed site records, daily logs, and RFI documentation What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will bring: Solid residential construction experience, ideally in multiunit or townhouse developments Excellent programme management from writing it up through to final delivery.
