Strong knowledge of property management practices, legislation, and market trends. Excellent organisational skills to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of properties. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management software, particularly PropertyMe (experience with other software will be considered). Valid real estate certificate & driver's license & vehicle.
