About the Role: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and KPI deliverables in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Demonstrate experience in project and service budgeting, with a strong understanding of strategic cost structure requirements. Follow the M-A-P-E process and actively participate in daily scheduling meetings to develop and maintain accurate project schedules. Manage operational workforce requirements, including rosters, leave, and timesheets, and oversee personnel and subcontractor hours, including non-billable time. Provide technical support to staff, subcontractors, and clients as required Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project performance. Why work for us? Key Criteria: At least 3 years project engineering experience within mining or civil earthworks projects within Western Australia. Highly competent using Microsoft projects.
