UGL's utilities business provides essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure across the power and water sectors. Ranging from transmission lines, switchyards, substations through to wastewater treatment plants. Our works span design, structural, civil, electrical and commissioning. The role As the Bid Coordinator within UGL's Utilities Division, based in either Brisbane or Sydney, you will be responsible for the complete coordination of the tender process. Reporting to the Senior Bids & Proposals Coordinator you will compile the content of all bids, where you must ensure the completeness and cohesiveness of the tender response during the bidding phase and clarifications required during the post-bidding phase. You will have overall responsibility, along with the bid manager, for the final submitted bid. Other key responsibilities include: Keep updated proforma information, develop gate papers and work through corporate documentation in preparation for client requests Set up SharePoint and a file structure, keeping all documentation up to date within our tender library Meet all conditions of the tender and ensure all instructions for the submission have been met In collaboration with the Bid Manager collate the covering letter, executive summary and response schedule for each bid Work through a bid plan outlining the responsibilities of the team and developing an organisational chart About you This role will suit someone who is customer-focused, team-oriented and accountable that has a passion for winning bids.
