Exciting Full-Time Storeperson & Medium Rigid Truck Driver Opportunity Long term employment opportunity Heathwood Location About the Role Programmed is partnering with a well-established and respected national supplier within the wall and ceiling systems industry. We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Warehouse Storeperson / Medium Rigid Truck Driver to join their Heathwood branch. This is a hands-on, dual-function role combining warehouse operations and customer deliveries. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and values reliability, teamwork, and customer service. This position offers stable, long-term employment with consistent hours and a supportive team culture. Shift Timings & Salary Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week (with opportunity to work up to 45 hours) Pay Rate: $33 - $35 per hour (based on experience) What You'll Be Doing This role is approximately 50% truck driving and 50% warehouse operations , including: Driving the company MR truck to complete scheduled customer deliveries Planning delivery runs and ensuring on-time service Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Booking freight and processing consignments Stock movements and replenishment Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control Unloading containers Processing orders and updating systems Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse Interacting professionally with customers and delivery drivers What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have: Current MR Truck Licence (Essential) Valid LF Forklift Licence (Essential) Previous experience in a warehouse/storeperson role Experience completing multi-drop or customer deliveries Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills and customer focus Intermediate computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable handling building materials or bulky stock Commitment to safety, quality, and company procedures What We Offer Permanent full-time employment Stable Monday-Friday roster Competitive hourly rate Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Clean and well-maintained facility Opportunity to grow within a reputable national organisation Additional Requirements Full working rights in Australia Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Strong commitment to workplace health and safety How to Apply Click the "Apply Now" button or email your resume directly to: Matthew.Miranda@Programmed.com.au Who we are At PERSOL , we connect people to meaningful work and growth.
