Our client, a large international manufacturing and distribution organization, is expanding and currently seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers to join their dynamic team based in PEMULWUY. Position Details: Shift: Morning shift (Monday to Friday) Start Time: From 6am - 7am starts Pay Rate: $40.65 per hour Overtime Rates Location: Based in Sydney – deliveries within Metro, Central Coast, and Wollongong Duties and Responsibilities: Operating counterbalance forklifts (up to 3.5 tonne) Loading and unloading trucks Delivering board products (e.g. 3600x1800mm, 2400x1200mm) – products are not palletised Securing loads using manual straps and load binders 99% of deliveries are forklift on/off General pick and pack duties Assisting with general warehouse tasks Requirements: Valid HR Truck Licence and Forklift Licence (Essential) Minimum 2 years' experience operating both trucks and forklifts Proven experience handling long loads Sound knowledge of: Fatigue Management , Load Restraints & Chain of Responsibility (COR) Current RMS Driver History Report Strong familiarity with Sydney Metro, Central Coast, and Wollongong regions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg Reliable with good communication skills Must have own reliable transportation Able to start ASAP What’s on Offer: Temp-to-perm opportunity Great team culture and supportive work environment Full-time hours with consistent overtime Long-term job security Opportunity to work with a leading global company Please Note: Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening .
