We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our VIC engineering team in developing innovative solutions and driving project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent. Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Lead and manage a large engineering team, providing clear direction, performance guidance and fostering a collaborative high-performing culture. Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers to ensure seamless coordination between engineering delivery, operational support, and customer outcomes. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. What you’ll bring? 10 years of experience in the IT space, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong experience with suite of Microsoft products including Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in developing and implementing engineering best practices and standards. Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. What else do you need to apply? Travel on-site to our office Notting Hill and to client sites across Victoria. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
