As part of this growth, the business is creating a new Bids & Tender Executive role to centralise, professionalise, and scale tender and bid responses nationally. The Opportunity You will become the single point of control for tender responses, owning the process end-to-end, supported by AI tools, structured systems, and leadership backing. The role will be tasked and measured with: Improving quality and speed of tender responses. Increasing response speed and consistency in developing tender responses. Increasing current success rate of business won through tender. You will be backed by an exceptional management team with a huge amount of industry experience to draw from in a business that is highly people and customer focused. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end tender and bid responses Centralise submissions using AI-supported tools Coordinate inputs across sales, operations, legal and leadership Manage multiple concurrent tenders Build and maintain a structured tender content library Drive compliance, quality and consistency Improve bid strategy, structure and messaging Play a key role in lifting conversion from 10-20% to 30% Relevant sectors include: Fleet, construction, infrastructure, government, defence, engineering, utilities, finance, corporate services.
