About The Role The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for winning the ‘pre‑shop’ moment — influencing how shoppers discover, evaluate, and choose products before they enter a store. This role oversees the brand’s digital shelf performance, retailer content accuracy, and commercial launch readiness. It ensures strong digital visibility, best‑in‑class product information, and retailer‑ready sell‑in materials that drive distribution and conversion. What You’ll Do Digital Shelf Excellence Own the full digital shelf across retailer websites, ensuring accurate, compliant, and persuasive product content. Conduct regular audits of search ranking, images, copy, claims, and product data ensuring best in class. Retailer Content & Toolkits Develop digital sell‑in packs, retailer launch toolkits, and commercial decks tailored to sales team and customer needs. Manage product imagery, claims, descriptions, and assets across retailers and internal systems. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and customer requirements. Bespoke & Localised Creative Requests Coordinate bespoke artwork or unique activation requests for retailers and sales team. Brief internal/external creative resources and ensure timely delivery of accurate, brand‑aligned assets. Track execution quality and seek ways to optimise future cycles. Commercial Launch Management Coordinate the launch critical path, ensuring all content, data, and assets meet retailer digital reset timelines. Coordinate internal stakeholders for approvals, submissions, and status updates. Maintain transparent, structured communication to support flawless execution. Performance Tracking & Insights Report on digital shelf metrics, promotional outcomes, and content quality KPIs. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, discoverability, and compliance. Share insights with Brand, Category, and Sales to enhance future activity. Execution Excellence Provide sales teams with best in class sell-in assets and execution guidelines. Continuously seek ways to elevate our impact in retailer. Other Support Trade Operations Team where required on specific projects. Who You Are At least 5 years’ experience in Trade or Brand Marketing. Degree Qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, or another relevant field. Strong project management and organisational capability. High attention to detail and understanding of shopper path to purchase. Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and work with both technical and creative inputs.
