Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their team. This is a genuine leadership opportunity with partnership pathway potential for the right individual. This role would suit an experienced public practice professional who enjoys managing client relationships, reviewing work, mentoring staff and delivering strategic tax advice. Role Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline CPA or CA qualified (or near completion) Minimum 5 years’ experience within public practice Strong understanding of Australian taxation legislation Experience using Xero and BGL Experience with the ATO Tax Agent Portal Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and lead from the front Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries Deliver taxation compliance and advisory services Review tax returns and financial statements Prepare income tax returns for trusts, companies, SMSFs and individuals Review and prepare BAS and IAS Provide business structuring and strategic tax advice Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff Maintain strong client relationships Contribute to growth and ongoing improvement initiatives The Benefits Partnership pathway potential Access to multiple suburban office locations Ongoing professional development support Collaborative, stable and well-respected practice If you are looking to step into a senior leadership role within a progressive and growing firm, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
