The opportunity We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our HWLE Hobart office. We have a friendly team culture, and our administrative support team is at the core of our success. You'll be busy with assisting Partners and other legal staff using various court / registry filing systems reporting and monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have experience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional services. among law student applicants, a minimum 2 years left in your studies (full-time availability is preferred but we are also considering job share among part time students). excellent attention to detail ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment What we offer Unrivalled career pathways: Our 180 day career forecasting sessions provide the platform to fast-track your progression.
