Job Description What’s on offer? We are looking for an Administrator to be part of our team, providing high‑quality administration support to the Mildura production and contracting teams , and supporting the delivery of our contracts in the region. You will work closely with operational teams and other key stakeholders to ensure our office, systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. For this role we have the flexibility to consider candidates seeking part time or full time hours, with a minimum commitment of at least 26 hours per week. You will be responsible for: Providing admin support to the Mildura production and contracting teams, including calls, emails and general office/crib room tasks Maintaining job files and registers (jobs, SWMS/SDS, plant) and entering data into systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, Benchmark Supporting accounts payable/receivable – purchase orders, invoice processing and coding, vendor/client set‑up, credit card reconciliation and creditor payments Managing key admin and compliance tasks (contractor and PPE registers, toolbox minutes, SEQ and EOM reporting, stocktakes) and basic IT admin support How you will connect to the role Administration experience (ideally civil/construction/production/contracting) with some exposure to accounts payable/receivable Confident using computer systems and able to quickly learn platforms like Maximo, Salesforce and Fraedom/Flexipurchase Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy team environment Position is based at our Mildura Plant.
