We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our Home Services team. All clients are located within 10km of Ashburton and Canterbury, so you will travel short distances. Job Role You will be an integral part of our clients‘ lives, empowering them by: Providing support Helping them access their community Enabling them to live life with independence, choice and dignity in their own homes. About you You may be: Looking for a career change! Though have no experience. Re-entering the workforce and have no formal training or experience. An experienced carer looking to join a purpose-driven organisation, You will bring: A Caring and compassionate nature Basic technology skills including emails and mobile app usage. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Problem-solving skills and adaptability A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle A police check (or willing to obtain) First aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability (desirable but not essential – we can support you to gain this qualification) Second language skills (highly desirable) Hours of work Permanent Part time (20 hours per week) roles available. Occasional Weekend and evening work may be required. Salary and Benefits Qualified and experienced staff: $34.59 per hour.
