This is a leadership position that will ensure that you and/or Council: Delivers its Capital Works Program and nominated operational projects in line with the Project Management Framework (PMF). Has a capable, well-supported project delivery team. Contribute to continuous improvement and implementation of the PMF. Lead improvements to PMF tools, processes and templates. Ensure compliance with PMF governance, stage gates and reporting requirements. Directly manage selected projects end-to-end to required governance and budget standards. K ey responsibilities include: Program and Project Delivery Governance, Project Management Framework Accountability and Improvement Procurement, Contract and Financial Management About You: To support your success in this role you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Project or Construction Management or equivalent. Significant experience delivering built-environment projects end-to-end. Experience in governance, reporting and project controls. Contract administration and supervision experience. Highly developed stakeholder communication skills. Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and regulations. Excellent computer skills including MS Project and MS Office. Current Victorian Driver Licence.
