Buyer – Bras N Things | Pyrmont We are seeking a driven and experienced Buyer to join the Bras N Things Product team. This role is responsible for executing category strategy, delivering compelling and commercial ranges, and trading the department to achieve sales, margin and profit targets. This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months. Working closely with Planning, Design, Sourcing and Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping seasonal ranges, managing supplier relationships and responding to market trends to drive performance. Key Responsibilities Execute department strategy through effective range selection, quantification and allocation Build seasonal ranges in collaboration with Planning and Design, considering trend, option count, colour and size profiles Own buy plans, purchase orders and delivery schedules Analyse sales performance and market data to inform trading decisions and future ranges Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships, including negotiation to margin targets Conduct regular competitor and market analysis locally and internationally Present weekly sales learnings and implement improvements to drive sell through Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure ranges align with brand, pricing and promotional strategies About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Buying role (retail environment experience preferred) Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver sales and margin targets Highly analytical, with confidence using data to inform decisions Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions focused mindset Why Join Us?
