About The Opportunity As the Branch Manager you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably, adhering to all company procedures. Some of your responsibilities will include: Lead and develop branch staff while driving sales performance and KPI achievement Demonstrate strong product knowledge across steel pipe, fittings and valves Oversee tenders, major quotations, pricing strategy and branch profitability Manage branch operations including purchasing, stock control and supplier coordination Ensure financial compliance, budgeting, cash flow management and month-end processes Maintain strong client, contractor and stakeholder relationships Champion WHS compliance, quality standards and a strong safety culture About You The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: 1 years in steel pipe, fittings, valves or related supply fields 1 years proven sales experience with consistent target achievement Direct experience in tendering, quotations and technical submissions Ability to read, interpret and apply detailed technical drawings Project supply exposure with contractors and engineering clients Financial process awareness including month-end procedures Detail-focused, organised, KPI-driven with initiative and accountability Strong communicator promoting safety, teamwork and leadership qualities What's in it for You?
