Opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support leaders and candidates in a communityfocused organisation Your new company This position is located in a regional Queensland community within a People & Culture directorate of a large, customerfocused organisation. You will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate and timely recruitment services, while supporting leaders with highquality advice across the full talent acquisition lifecycle. Your new role As the Recruitment Advisor, you will: Administer and coordinate the endtoend recruitment and selection process for a wide range of vacancies, ensuring alignment with operational policies, guidelines and bestpractice hiring standards. Duties may include: Advertising and promotional activities Liaising with candidates regarding vacancies and process requirements Coordinating interviews and travel where required Participating in interview panels Conducting reference checks and coordinating other preemployment assessments Partner with internal customers to understand workforce needs and provide tailored support, guidance and advice to achieve outcomes aligned to organisational goals. Maintain accurate recruitment and selection records within the HR information system. Prepare reports, analysis and evaluations relating to recruitment and selection activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the development and refinement of procedures, and assist the People & Culture team with HRrelated projects. Work collaboratively as part of a multiskilled team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared objectives. Undertake general administrative duties and additional responsibilities as required by management.
