Our client is seeking an experience Branch Manager to join their Ballarat Branch and lead their team to success. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations across sales, customer service, administration, warehouse and leadership functions Build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and improve branch profitability Lead and develop the branch team, including Parts Interpreters, Stores and Delivery Drivers Ensure full compliance with OH&S requirements, maintaining a safe workplace and keeping all safety training up to date. Manage core administrative processes, including invoicing, credits, warranty claims and general branch reporting. Participate in Saturday morning rosters, as required Experience Needed We are seeking a candidate with proven leadership experience with the ability to work with a driven and diverse team environment. You will motivate team members and engage with customers in this hands on position. Experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) is desirable. What’s on offer?
