The Role As Business Development Manager, you will represent the brand in the Perth market, building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving sales across the residential and high-end retail sectors. You’ll collaborate closely with the national sales and marketing teams to establish and grow the brand’s local presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential design, architecture, and premium retail sectors Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, designers, and key industry players Confidently represent the brand and deliver a high-quality, consultative client experience Support and execute local marketing initiatives and events in partnership with the national team Monitor market trends, design innovation, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs About You You’re a driven and personable BDM with a genuine passion for design, interiors, and high-end lifestyle products.
