About the Role As a Client Contracts & Solutions Advisor , you will sit at the centre of a high performing team that partners closely with all QIC investment teams and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving coordination challenges and wants to broaden their exposure across a range of asset classes and structures. You’ll support QIC’s fund establishment processes, complex investor onboarding, capital raising efforts, and client documentation—ensuring seamless execution across multiple stakeholders. This 12month contract offers breadth, visibility, and the chance to contribute to one of the fastest growing areas of the business. About You You’re a confident communicator with a commercial mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to connect complex moving parts. You enjoy coordinating across teams, managing multiparty processes, and digging into documentation to ensure clarity, quality and seamless delivery of services for clients. You may come from a transactional legal background , financial services, investment products, fund establishment, or another environment where you’ve worked with large, detailed commercial or contractual documents. Most importantly—you’re proactive, collaborative with a value-add mindset. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the establishment of new funds, structures and mandates within QIC’s Capital Solutions team. Drive the client onboarding process in collaboration with investment teams and corporate support. Review, interpret and manage contractual and structural documentation. Work with all investment teams and internal stakeholders across the organisation. Support capital raising activities and preparation of transaction related materials. Ensure effective coordination across multiple parties through strong project management and communication. Contribute to the continued growth of the Capital Solutions function and evolving mandate pipeline. Essential Criteria Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex, multiparty processes High attention to detail and comfort reviewing complex contractual or structural documentation. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and organise competing workflows. Commercial mindset with sound judgement and ownership. Ability to build strong relationships and navigate enterprise wide stakeholders. Desired Criteria Background in transactions, corporate/ commercial law, or financial services. Experience in fund establishment, investment product structuring, or client contract negotiation. Familiarity with investment management documentation or complex commercial agreements. 5- 7 years’ experience in a relevant area
