About the Opportunity: We are currently recruiting for a self-driven, energetic and confident Utility Specialist to create user demand for Milwaukee across all categories and understand the path to purchase. Maintain, support and service the end user to create the best user experience possible by offering solution-based selling. This role will be looking after the South Australia region. Responsibilities: Execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories. Regularly report progress to the BDM on achievements to the planned strategy. Work closely with Vertical specialist to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment. Implement the user focussed channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers. Participate in sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks to represent company’s brand. Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the company’s competency framework. Be and promote being a high performing sales professional whilst be conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance. What you will bring: Account management or relevant industry experience. Mechanically minded. High level of autonomy - must be highly organised and self-motivated. The ability to work cross functionally throughout the business. Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems. Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
