About the Role Based in Bentleigh East, an exciting opportunity has opened up for Major Accounts Administrator. This role is pivotal to the Major Accounts Team ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for all the administrative functions associated with the high quality service delivery of our most prestigious contracts, primarily focused on the Health and Education portfolios. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:- Maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with our valued client base Answering customer calls and emails, and resolving issues in a timely & effective manner Coordinating with internal department stakeholders to ensure a prompt response with a high level of service is provided Supporting the Key Account Managers in day to day administrative stakes to ensure all accounts KPIs are adhered to We require someone who possesses the following qualities: Customer relationship management experience A motivated self-starter with exceptional organisational skills Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail Strong focus on delivering customer service excellence High level of written and verbal communication skills Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office, Pronto (or other ERP’s) Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must.
