If you are passionate about numbers and want to work with a very supportive team, then this is the job for you. Career progression opportunities are available. You will be reporting to the Estimating Manager. It is a Monday to Friday role based in the office. The working hours are 8.30am 4.30pm with a 4.00pm finish on Fridays. Tasks and Responsibilities Production Estimating Ordering of production jobs within designated timeframes Work as a team to achieve workflow and budget goals Maintain, protect and report margins for each job Ensure all client interactions are recorded/documented on Databuild Follow up documentations directed by the Estimating Manager. Skills and Experience Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Production estimating role in home building. Qualification in Building / Construction and/or trade experience is highly desirable Working knowledge of the Building and Construction process Exposure to estimating systems including DataBuild Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines Self-motivated and desire to succeed with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Exceptional time management skills - be able to work with speed Benefits and Perks Early finish on Fridays and 1 hour for lunch on Fridays On-ste parking available Supportive workplace culture everyday!
