Requirements About the Business In this role, you will be working for our Infrastructure Services business which forms part of the CV group. The team specialises in electrical infrastructure works and provides a comprehensive range of design, supply and construction services. Our projects include major road and rail infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, urban developments and subdivisions, and airports and airfields. We have over 200 team members with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for our wide range of clients. About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Civil Leading Hand to join our team based at Maroochydore. As a Civil Leading Hand your tasks will include, but not be limited to: Overseeing the daily operations and coordination of a civil team. Executing civil electrical infrastructure projects. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. About You Hold a valid excavator license and posi track tickets with at least 12 months of experience. Minimum of five years’ experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor. Any Energex accreditations are advantageous. Familiarity with TMR standards. Experience working around live services. MR Driver’s Licence preferred, but not essential. Willingness to work both on and off machinery. Adaptable to both night and day shifts. Strong organizational and planning abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Flexible and easy-going attitude.
