Position An opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Business Development Manager to join the NSW team, based in Newcastle / Hunter Region . Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with electrical wholesale partners across the territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory Grow existing accounts and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs Collaborate closely with internal sales and support teams Act as a trusted partner and professional representative in the market Experience We are keen to speak with candidates who bring: Experience within the electrical industry, wholesale, or industrial distribution A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach Confidence using CRM systems and standard reporting tools A proactive, motivated, and commercially minded attitude Electrical trade or industry background (advantageous, not essential) Both established BDMs and ambitious sales professionals looking to step into a field-based role are encouraged to apply.
