ABOUT THE ROLE The VM Training Manager is responsible for shaping, delivering, and continuously enhancing Visual Merchandising training across Retail, Area VM, and In-Store VM teams. This role ensures VM capability remains consistent, commercially focused, and aligned with brand standards across all markets. Working closely with global VM leaders, the VM Training Manager designs and implements impactful training programs while providing practical, hands-on coaching. The role establishes and upholds VM standards, embeds key systems and processes, and empowers teams to effectively translate VM directives into compelling, high-impact in-store execution.
