This opportunity is available part-time (30 hours per week), fixed-term to 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension. The Aboriginal Outreach Worker will work as part of the Aboriginal Health Team to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the Northern Sydney region. The primary responsibility of the position is to support the delivery of culturally responsive health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities through promoting health screening, integrated care and chronic disease management and health promotion.
