The Opportunity We are looking for full-time or part-time Community Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team, servicing clients in the Grafton area . Our Nursing services fall between business hours Monday to Friday, so come join our flexible and inclusive team! The day to day Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to customers living in the home environment such as wound care, catheter care and medication management Conducting nursing assessments and developing care / support plans Providing clinical nursing advice and support to our customers and their families Liaising closely with our Nursing Managers, Branch Managers and team, Allied health and community networks to maintain and ensure the highest possible standard of care About You: Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration Valid Australian driver's license and insured vehicle Willingness to travel.
