About The Role: As our new Roadside Assist Team Leader, you will lead a team of front-line advisors in our call centre, ensuring that, as a team, you deliver on our ethos of ‘High Performance with High Integrity’. Exceptional leadership and customer service is essential, ensuring we are always looking for ways to deliver better outcomes for our customers and stakeholders. The Roadside Assist team are responsible for delivering several roadside assistance services and motor accident towing services. This is a fast-paced role that requires solution-based thinking & high levels of accountability.
