Your Opportunity We are recruiting three (3) new Senior Clinical Lead opportunities , each playing a critical role in strengthening clinical excellence across Seniors Communities. These are permanent, full‑time positions , operating as multi‑site roles visiting retirement villages and home care services across the Sydney region , with head office based at Macquarie Park . The three opportunities include: 1 x Senior Clinical Lead – Clinical Practice & Workforce Leadership Focused on ensuring high standards of patient care and the effective leadership and management of nursing staff through strategic planning, best practice frameworks and regulatory compliance. 1 x Senior Clinical Lead – Palliative Care Providing specialist leadership in palliative and end‑of‑life care, strengthening capability, consistency and compassionate practice across services. 1 x Senior Clinical Lead – Dementia Care Leading best‑practice dementia care models, embedding evidence‑based approaches and enhancing quality of life for people living with cognitive impairment. As a Senior Clinical Lead – Seniors Communities, you will provide strategic clinical leadership across our retirement villages and home care services. You’ll design, implement and continuously improve clinical care models, act as an escalation point for complex clinical matters, and support and mentor frontline teams to deliver safe, consistent, person‑centred care. With integrity and resilience, you will: Lead the development and refinement of clinical care models, including dementia care, palliative care and integrated care hubs. Ensure high standards of patient care through evidence‑based practice, clinical governance and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with leaders to ensure clinical frameworks align with governance requirements and aged care reforms. Provide expert advice and decision‑making support for complex clinical issues. Coach and mentor Registered Nurses and Care Operations Managers, building clinical confidence and leadership capability. Deliver hands‑on education and reflective practice across sites. Support quality and governance integration, translating insights from practice into continuous improvement. Represent clinical priorities in governance forums and contribute to workforce capability planning. What You’ll Bring You are a strategic, collaborative leader who inspires excellence and drives change. You bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse . Demonstrated experience leading clinical practice in aged care, home care or community settings. Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop nursing and multidisciplinary teams. Hands‑on credibility and a strong commitment to person‑centred care. Strategic agility and operational insight, with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams. Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, palliative care, dementia care, clinical education or healthcare leadership (strongly preferred). Experience interpreting policy, regulation and reform and translating these into effective clinical practice. Why Anglicare?
