Project Manager Role Due to a large workbook and significant business growth, Stowe Australia one of Australia’s largest Electrical & Communications Contractors, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Construction team. This role is responsible for managing large construction teams and projects in the Melbourne area. Key Responsibilities Management of design and drafting processes - note this is management of this process, and not completion of design and drafting directly Management of procurement, and major supplier and subcontractor orders Management of variation pricing and financial KPIs and outcomes Management of onsite office management team, and frontline construction teams Ensure all works comply with HSEQ systems and client requirements Work closely with clients, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors About You Large Commercial Electrical and Communication Project Management experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and mentoring skills Organised, self-motivated and driven in fast paced environments Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Job management systems, Simpro, Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC) Unrestricted A grade Electrical Licence (optional) Communications/fibre Licence (optional) What We Offer Stable role with a long-established national contractor Competitive remuneration based on experience Long-term career development opportunities If this role is of interest, please apply via the link.
