Our client, Halfway Hamburgers Pty Ltd, is seeking motivated and experienced Retail Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise employees to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. Ensure and maintain high standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness across the restaurant. Oversee staffing, rostering, training, and performance management of employees. Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and manage inventory to support business needs. Drive overall restaurant performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Implement and enforce safety, security, and operational policies and procedures. Maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Contribute to planning and organising daily workflows to achieve business goals.
