About the Role As Head Vet Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role while remaining hands-on in clinical care. You’ll be supported by an engaged veterinary team and management who value collaboration and professional growth. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring and supporting our nursing team Overseeing daily clinical operations and workflow Maintaining high standards of patient care and hospital protocols Assisting with training, onboarding and performance development Working closely with vets and management to foster a positive team culture About You You’re a confident, compassionate nurse who enjoys mentoring others and taking ownership.
