Metwest Steel Pty Ltd, a locally-owned and operated steel supply, fabrication and structural steel partner servicing the Western Australian building and construction industry, is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to join our team. As ICT Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of critical technology projects that support business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve digital systems across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of ICT projects including planning, design, execution, testing, deployment, and handover. Translate business needs into detailed ICT project requirements and deliverables. Manage project budgets, timelines, risk and quality standards to achieve successful outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, workshop, logistics) and external vendors to deliver ICT solutions. Implement and support business systems, including ERP, CRM, infrastructure upgrades and digital process improvements. Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications. Ensure compliance with ICT governance, security standards, and data management practices. Skills & Experience (Essential) Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT project management, preferably in mid-sized operational environments. Strong experience with project management methodologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills. Proven ability to manage budget, risk and project scope. Experience with business systems implementation and integrations. Desirable Formal project management certification. Experience with ERP or manufacturing/operations systems in a construction or fabrication environment. Prior supervision of technical teams or vendors.
