Station Hands – Pilbara Region (Experience Preferred, Training Provided) • Competitive rates – Pilbara region • On‑site meals & accommodation (private rooms with ensuites) • Immediate start for the right candidates About the Opportunity Step into an authentic outback experience with Rio Tinto’s iconic pastoral stations – Hamersley, Rocklea, and Juna Downs – spanning over 770,000 hectares across the spectacular Pilbara. Located near Tom Price, Paraburdoo, and Newman , these stations sit close to Karijini National Park and only a few hours’ drive from the coast at Karratha. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Previous station experience is highly regarded , but we also welcome those who are genuinely willing to learn and grow within the pastoral industry. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be hands‑on in day‑to‑day station operations, including: Mustering and processing livestock using vehicles and motorbikes Inspecting and maintaining station infrastructure (fencing, gates, water points, etc.) Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment Supporting sustainable land management across vast and diverse terrain What You’ll Need A safety‑first mindset and a genuine willingness to learn Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a team Current full driver’s licence Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical , including drug & alcohol testing Station experience preferred but not essential – training provided for capable and committed candidates Desirable (but not essential) Candidates with any of the following experience will be highly regarded: Mustering and cattle handling Operation of 4WDs, motorbikes, trucks, loaders, bobcats, graders or forklifts Why Join Us?
