Role Overview: As Leasing Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of creating exceptional leasing experiences and building lasting connections with residents and prospects alike. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving leasing outcomes through genuine engagement, expert guidance, and a commitment to delivering service that feels both personal and premium. Key Responsibilities include: Build the ultimate resident experience that exceeds service expectations by implementing reassurance, memorable moments and joy in a safe and stable environment. Support the delivery of the leasing strategy to meet occupancy, rent, and revenue targets while minimising vacancies. Follow the companies procedures and implement in property procedures that will improve operations. Deliver exceptional leasing experiences through responsive communication, engaging property tours, and personalised service. Maintain and nurture all enquiries within the CRM, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and alignment with brand and service standards. Assist in tenant onboarding, renewals, and lease execution while ensuring all processes meet NSW legislative requirements.
