The Role We are partnering with one of Sydney’s leading healthcare organisations to deliver a critical infrastructure upgrade at a major hospital. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives within a hospital environment. What You Will Do: Lead and manage infrastructure projects focused on network, cabling, switches, and controls . Coordinate with internal IT teams, clinical staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Drive progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeframes. Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment at all stages. Operate autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment. What You Will Bring: Proven experience as a Project Manager , ideally within healthcare or hospital environments . Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals . Background managing cabling and switch installations and related infrastructure work. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to navigate complex environments with confidence. Self-driven, accountable, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
