About the company- Our education client is looking for an Azure Integration Engineer in Melbourne on fixed term contract basis to join their team for their transformation project. About the role- Role: Azure Integration Engineer Contract: FTC- 24-Month Location: Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Engineer to support a large-scale digital transformation program. This role will focus on designing, building, and supporting cloud-based integration solutions on Microsoft Azure, while also mentoring junior engineers and contributing to enterprise-wide integration strategy. You will work closely with architecture, development, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions aligned with modern cloud and transformation practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Azure-based integration solutions using best practices Build and support integrations using Azure Integration Services (e.g. Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management) Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to support digital transformation initiatives Ensure integration solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimise integration workflows in production environments Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing Contribute to integration patterns, standards, and documentation Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration solutions Required Skills & Experience At least 4–5 years’ experience in Azure integration or cloud integration roles Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services Experience delivering solutions as part of enterprise transformation programs Solid understanding of API design, messaging, event-driven architecture , and integration patterns Experience with CI/CD, DevOps , and automated deployments Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Desirable Experience Experience with enterprise integration platforms or middleware Exposure to Agile / DevOps delivery environments Experience working in large, complex organisations Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-204, AZ-305 ) If that matches then, please apply through this ad.
