NOW HIRING – MACHINE OPERATORS (Vertical Form Seal Machine) Location: Smeaton Grange Shifts: Monday to Friday – PM Shifts Available We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operators to operate a Vertical Form Seal Machine used to seal fresh produce (top and bottom). You’ll be working in a cold room environment and supporting a busy production team. Working days - Monday - Saturday (Wednesday off) PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm — $42 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Vertical Form Seal Machines to package fresh produce. Perform quality checks to ensure sealed bags meet company standards. Labelling products Dispatching orders Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets. Qualifications: Previous experience as a machine operator - VFFS bagging machine high advantageous Solid experience within a fast paced FMCG industry Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Basic Food Hygiene Ability to work in a cool environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
