2XM are currently looking for Fitters for a Sydney based project to join our valued client that operates in the engineering industry specialising in the mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, scientific and defence sectors. Day and Night Shifts available. Duties: Assemble, fit and align mechanical assemblies and components Interpret drawings and specifications to complete fit-up and installation tasks Carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs and mechanical troubleshooting Work safely with precision and attention to detail in a busy fabrication environment Must have: Trade Certificate – Australian Recognised Experience working on mining or heavy industrial equipment.
