We encourage professional growth, teamwork, and meaningful impact. Role Overview We are seeking a dependable, empathetic Personal Care Assistant to join our Part Time team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging, collaborative atmosphere and who enjoys building trusting relationships with clients and families. You will provide essential in-home care, medication assistance, and tailored support for clients living with dementia. Key Responsibilities Medication Assistance: Administer and record medications as directed, monitor effects, and report any concerns promptly. Support for Dementia Care: Use calm, consistent approaches to provide safe, respectful, and engaging support for clients with dementia. Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities including grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and hygiene while preserving client dignity. Companionship: Provide social engagement, encourage routines, and facilitate meaningful activities tailored to individual needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate client notes, incident reports, and care plans in line with provider standards. Transport & Appointments: Use your vehicle to support client outings, appointments, and community engagement as required. What We’re Looking For Fluent in Armenian —ability to communicate clearly with clients and families. Experience or demonstrated ability in dementia care and medication assistance. Current International Driver’s License and access to a reliable car. Valid police check and clear working with vulnerable people clearance. Strong observation, patience, and interpersonal skills in a high-paced care environment. Ability to work part time with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
