You’ll be leading day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring high‑quality delivery, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction on a complex refurbishment of an existing residential building. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate trades on site, ensuring workmanship meets required standards and project milestones. Manage daily site activities including scheduling, quality checks, progress tracking and subcontractor supervision. Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams, maintaining clear communication around progress and site requirements. Identify and resolve onsite issues quickly, applying strong problem‑solving skills. Maintain all site documentation, records and compliance requirements. Uphold WHS standards and foster a safe, productive site environment. Provide direction and support to trades and labour, ensuring a cohesive and efficient onsite team. About You Proven experience as a Site Manager or Finishes Foreman in remedial, refurbishment or residential construction. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials and Class 2 building requirements. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities. Skilled at reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications. Highly organised with strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
