A global engineering and EPCM organisation delivering major mining and minerals projects is seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join its Brisbane team. This role will see you leading civil design activities across medium to large-scale mining and bulk materials handling projects, working within a multidisciplinary environment and coordinating closely with clients and global execution teams. You will take ownership of civil design deliverables including earthworks, roads, drainage and associated infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project requirements. You’ll oversee design outputs, review drawings and calculations, manage work plans and budgets, and mentor engineers and designers within the civil team. This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office collaboration alongside flexible WFH arrangements.
