Your new role High level of data entry Raise and receipt purchase requisitions Inform clients of the expected delivery date. Order creation including open and close of orders Preparing invoices, logistics documents, and quotes General admin duties and additional duties as delegated Quote creation for internal and external stakeholders as needed What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will require the following; Highly regarded 2 years experience within the mining sector Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including SAP and MS Suites 2 years' experience in administration with the ability to deliver varied tasks requiring independent judgement. Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities High-level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to foster strong working relationships The role will be attractive to those that have a strong drive to succeed and enjoy a challenging and fast-paced and dynamic work environment. What you'll get in return The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start working with a dynamic team at the fast-paced office in Mackay. You will be offered an attractive salary of $40.00 per hour plus super and penalties, working Monday to Friday 38- 40 hrs a week on a contracted position through Hays.
