Facilities Coordinator required for a part-time role in Sale | Victoria Your new company Hays Recruitment has partnered with a global service provider that requires an experienced facilities coordinator for a part time role in Sale location. You will be required to work in the office 2 days per week. Your new role Oversee building maintenance schedules and responding to urgent maintenance. Manage planned maintenance Manage relationships with external vendors and assist with the review of vendor costs and purchase orders prior to works. Welcome visitors professionally and ensure safety protocols are followed. Manage office stationery and pantry supplies. Collect and distribute mail. Conduct monthly facility inspections and report issues. Handle confidential waste and document archiving. Ensuring all health and safety standards are met, including creating emergency action plans and testing security systems. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience in a similar facilities coordinator/officer role Ability to work independently Vendor management experience Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and contractors.
