Business Support Officer wanted for a very well know government department Your new company A casual contract opportunity is available for an experienced Administration or Project Support Officer to join a dynamic team providing highquality operational and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments, is detailfocused, and enjoys working across varied tasks to support smooth organisational operations. Your new role In this position, you will deliver essential administrative and coordination support to a busy team. Your responsibilities may include preparing and managing documentation, maintaining accurate records in departmental systems, coordinating schedules, supporting reporting requirements, responding to enquiries, assisting with meetings, and providing general support across daytoday operations. You will also assist with logistical tasks such as scheduling, booking travel, and organising workflow activities as required Prepare accurate documentation, correspondence, and records. Maintain data and reporting within internal systems. Coordinate scheduling, entry/exit processes, or workflow tasks depending on the projects needs. Support team members with administrative duties, compliance-based tasks, and general coordination. Respond professionally to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Assist with travel bookings, meeting coordination, and operational logistics What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in administration, coordination, or project support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisation. Ability to manage competing priorities and follow established processes. Confidence engaging with stakeholders and working independently when required.
